Start with a consultation. We'll assess where you are in the process — whether you have a facility selected, what state licensing requirements apply, whether you're pursuing accreditation, and whether CMS certification is needed. From there, we build a roadmap covering licensure, policies, staffing requirements, and survey preparation.

We have experience with Joint Commission accreditation and state-specific accrediting bodies. We'll recommend the best path based on your payer mix, state requirements, and long-term goals.

Can you help with an ASC that already has deficiencies?

Yes. We conduct gap analyses to identify exactly where your facility falls short, then build a corrective action plan to resolve deficiencies before your next survey. We also provide mock surveys to test readiness.
