Cherica White is the founder of Meds Perfected PLLC, a clinical sedation and regulatory consulting practice serving physicians and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Arizona's West Valley.
With more than eight years of nursing experience spanning intensive care, PACU, pre-operative services, behavioral health, and ASC operations, Cherica brings a rare combination of bedside clinical skill and administrative leadership to every engagement.
Clinical Background
- Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS certified — Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- TCAR trained — TransCarotid Artery Revascularization
- Extensive experience in ICU, PACU, pre-op, and behavioral health nursing
- Specialized in moderate (conscious) sedation and local-with-sedation-assist procedures
Operational & Regulatory Experience
- Director of Nursing with full operational oversight
- Opened and operationalized ambulatory surgery centers from licensure through first patient
- Hands-on experience with Joint Commission accreditation and state-specific compliance requirements
- Policy and procedure development, staff competency programs, infection control, and QAPI
